One of the things I love about scrapbooking is the ability to recycle. I can use found objects on my pages, such as pieces of leather that break off of tack, cool clothing labels, or those extra buttons that come with shirts and sweaters. I can use paper scraps from old projects on new pages or cards. But my favorite scrapbook recycling is reusing page designs. I have a few tried-and-true sketches that I return to often. One of these is the use of two rows of 2×2 photos about 2/3 of the way down the page. I used this design in this layout about Christmas:
And in this layout about all the holidays we celebrate during the year:
I’m sure I will come back to this design again someday. I am even change it around–adding another row of pics, maybe? It’s always good to recycle.
