May at Simple Scrapper

Do you remember the 80s? The big hair, Izod shirts, and parachute pants–if you were a teenager during that decade (as I was) you probably had some or all of these things. What a time it was!

This month at Simple Scrapper, we are celebrating all things 80s. My most memorable moment from that time is my high school graduation in 1988. That day was full of such emotion–I will never forget it! So I used one of this month’s Story Starters to make a page about commencement day.

I also made a layout using one of this month’s Sketch/Templates to document the story of my husband and son helping out another firefighter in getting used gear to firefighters in the Philippines. They have worked many hours sorting, packing, and shipping these items to firefighters who desperately need this gear. I am very proud of them!
